Why there’s no list of logos
An integration is a promise that depends on someone else
Connecting two software systems requires the other to open something: an interface, a format, an access point. Almost no Italian medical management system does this without a commercial agreement, and a commercial agreement isn’t a feature we can code. Until one is signed, listing names here would mean announcing someone else’s work.
So no list, no dates. When a real one exists, it’ll appear here the day it works.
What goes in
Importing data is our job
Patient records and history from the management system you use today
We start with a file exported from your current provider and upload it for you. It’s included in the price, not a quoted service.
Your consent forms, if you already have reviewed ones
You upload them and use them instead of ours. The structure remains ours; the clinical text is yours.
Drug catalog
Authorized medications come from AIFA’s public data and update automatically. You don’t have to enter a formulary manually.
The limit we mentioned earlier: if your current provider doesn’t export anything usable, we’ll tell you before you sign. It’s a problem you need to know about, not discover.

A standard, not our format
Complete medical record, in FHIR R4
FHIR is the international standard for healthcare data. It’s not our format: another provider can read it without interpretation, and that’s why you can leave without asking us.
Signed documents, in PDF
Consents and reports are exported as standalone, verifiable files. The Verify page demonstrates this on any file, in your browser.
Everything together, when you stop
Full export is an application feature, not a favor to request from support.
And the portal you already use
They coexist, and we’ll tell you the cost
If you use a booking portal to be found, keep it: we won’t ask you to give it up to start. But there’s no connection between the two, so the public calendar stays where it is now, and you’ll update bookings manually. That’s the price of coexistence, and it’s better to know upfront.
