Consents
Every treatment has its own consent form, and the patient signs it at the practice.
Start from one of our templates or upload the forms from your scientific society. You read it over, the patient signs with a code she receives on her phone, and the document stays in the chart.

What it does
More than a hundred templates
For the most common aesthetic medicine procedures. You review and approve them yourself, section by section.
Your practice's forms
You upload your scientific society's forms as PDF or Word and they become templates for the practice.
Sign with a code
The patient gets a code on her phone and types it in to sign. The number comes from the patient record: you don't type it by hand.

Good to know
A signed consent can't be changed
If the technique changes, a new consent is generated. The previous ones stay, with their history.
The revocation stays on record
The consent moves to "Revoked" with the reason, and the original PDF stays archived.
Checks on the generated text
A draft that contains promises such as "guaranteed result" or "with no risk at all" is discarded, and suspicious percentages are flagged.
Every step is logged
Who generated, reviewed and had it signed stays in the access log.
