No, and we don’t ask you to do that to start. A portal fills your schedule; a medical record documents what happens during a visit. They’re two different jobs. That said, Fibonacci doesn’t currently integrate with your booking portal, so your public schedule stays where it is now, and the clinical work begins here.

Yes, and that’s how the patient signs. The rest of the work is better done on a computer, because a medical record is filled out with a keyboard.

There’s no planned price increase. If the price list changes one day, existing customers will be notified in advance and won’t find the increase on their invoice.

We handle the practice setup. You’ll complete a full initial consultation on the first day; to use everything smoothly, you’ll need about a week of practice.

Yes, starting from a file exported from your current provider. If your provider doesn’t export anything usable, we’ll tell you before you sign: it’s a problem to know upfront, not discover later.

Yes. If the connection drops, you don’t open a new medical record. It’s the limitation of a service that stores data on our servers; in return, you get backups, encryption, and the fact that a broken computer in your practice costs you nothing.

There’s no qualified electronic signature: the patient’s signature is an advanced electronic signature. There’s no compliant archiving, as we haven’t yet contracted an accredited archiving provider. There’s no submission to the *Sistema Tessera Sanitaria* or invoicing. And there’s no self-service signup: you start by talking to us.

No. We’re not a booking portal, we don’t have an audience to refer to you, and we don’t sell visibility. If the problem you want to solve is being found, you need something else, and we’d rather tell you upfront. Fibonacci starts serving from the moment the patient enters your practice.

No. We don’t collect reviews, we don’t publish them, and there’s no ranking of doctors. There’s no position to buy here, neither for you nor a colleague. What’s entered is your patients’ medical records, and they remain yours.

No, and this isn’t a technical limitation: it’s a choice. The software organizes information and flags inconsistencies, such as a recorded allergy. Clinical decisions remain entirely yours, and no screen suggests diagnoses or treatments.

Not yet: we’re in a pilot phase with one practice, and the first activations are in 2026. We prefer to say this rather than fill the site with testimonials, which, by the way, can’t be used in Italian healthcare advertising.
