What’s not included
Three things others include in their pricing, but we don’t
They’ll be included the day they’re real. Listing them now would mean explaining them after you’ve signed the contract.
Qualified electronic signature
The patient’s signature is currently an advanced electronic signature: it’s valid, but doesn’t carry the same presumption as a qualified one. Certificates aren’t available yet. When they are, we’ll let you know, and it won’t change the price for existing customers.
Compliant storage
Substitutive storage requires an accredited custodian, and we haven’t contracted one yet. Documents are archived and exportable, but don’t call it compliant storage.
Submission to the Sistema Tessera Sanitaria and invoicing
We don’t offer them. If you need active billing, keep it where it is today: there’s no point paying us for something we haven’t tested.
If you already pay for a portal
A portal isn’t a medical record
Many studios already have a booking portal subscription and assume they have the software. A portal fills your calendar: it displays your profile, collects bookings, sends reminders. A medical record answers different questions, which come later and from elsewhere: what did you inject, where, with which batch, what had you explained before doing it, who accessed that document two years later.
- If you use a portal to get found, keep it. We won’t ask you to give it up to start.
- We don’t collect reviews on your behalf or publish doctor rankings.
- We don’t sell visibility. There’s no position to buy here, neither for you nor for a colleague.
What you lose, as mentioned earlier: today Fibonacci doesn’t integrate with your current portal. If you keep it, the public calendar stays where it is now, and you manually transfer bookings.

If you’re under contract
If you have months left to pay elsewhere
The most common reason for not switching isn’t the price: it’s the months left on the contract you’ve already signed with someone else. If you’re in that situation, say so upfront before checking the price list. Within a cap we’ll agree on together, we’ll cover those months. It’s not a discount or a promotion: it’s the exit cost that removes the obstacle, and it’s discussed case by case because it depends on how much time you have left.
What it compares to
The cost isn’t about the software price
The cost isn’t about how much the software costs. It’s about how much it costs the first time you need to prove what you explained to a patient two years ago, and all you have is a generic form. A lawyer’s fee to open that case exceeds a one-year subscription.
We don’t promise a solid consent form will win a lawsuit: that’s not how it works, and anyone telling you otherwise is selling you something. We promise the documentation exists, is complete, and can be proven unaltered.
