About us

A startup product, no frills

Fibonacci was born from working with real aesthetic medicine practices, focusing on what gets left behind at the end of the day: forms to copy, generic consents, photos on your phone.
Facial treatment in the clinic: gloved hands hold a tool against the patient’s cheekbone while she keeps her eyes closed.

The product was born by watching aesthetic medicine professionals at work and asking what they’d redo at the end of the day. The answer was almost always the same: documentation. Not because it’s hard, but because it’s the thing you put off until it’s needed, and by then, it’s too late.

That’s why we chose to build an EMR for a single specialty. A management system that works for six disciplines doesn’t truly know any of them: it doesn’t understand what a botulinum toxin batch is, doesn’t have a facial map, and its consent form is generic because it doesn’t describe anything specific.

How we work

Four rules we set for ourselves

We don’t promise what isn’t live

Qualified electronic signature and compliant archiving aren’t on the price list because they’re not yet active. When they are, we’ll announce it the same day.

The data belongs to the doctor

You are the data controller. Full export is a product feature, not a concession to negotiate at termination.

The software doesn’t practice medicine

No screen suggests diagnoses or treatments. We flag inconsistencies, like an allergy in the medical record, and stop there.

Proof before promises

The document validator is public and works against us too. Contracts can be read without filling out forms.

Where we are now

Pilot, not scaled

The software runs in production at a pilot practice. The first activations are from 2026. We don’t have a wall of logos to show, and we’re not making any up: in Italian healthcare advertising, patient testimonials can’t be used, and colleague testimonials, at this stage, would be few and not very meaningful.

What this means for you, in practice: you talk to the people who built the product, your requests influence priorities, and in return, you accept working with a young provider. It’s a trade-off, not a one-sided benefit, and it should be evaluated as such.

A corporate note Fibonacci is transitioning to its own company, currently being established. Until registration in the business register is finalized, the company name, headquarters, and VAT number will not appear in the footer: we prefer missing data over provisional data.
