Create the appointment
Click on a free slot: patient, practitioner, visit type, duration, notes. A new patient you create on the fly.

Reminders stay in-house
No commercial reminder goes out to the patient automatically: law 145/2018 forbids it for doctors. When she needs to be called back, the practice does it in its own words.
The patient chooses her own password
Nobody at the practice knows it, and it must never be dictated or printed.
A block you do not add is data that does not leave
The area shows only what you have put together.
The area notification holds no clinical data
It reminds you of a form about to expire or of the next day's appointment, and points back to the area.

Questions
Can several doctors use the same calendar?
Yes: each one has their own colour and there is a filter by practitioner.
What is not in the patient area?
Photos, chat and consent signing. That is a deliberate choice.
Does a reminder that expired months ago stay on the list?
No: once its useful moment has passed it drops off today's to-do list.
