Dictation

You dictate the medical history while you see the patient, and you find it already written in the chart.

You speak the way you would to a colleague. Fibonacci transcribes, suggests fields already filled in, and you check: only what you save goes into the chart.

Dictation

What it does

Transcribes while you speak

Press the button and the text appears before your eyes, word by word.

Suggests fields

Allergies, medications, product, quantity, lot: where the form allows it, fields arrive already filled in and remain editable.

It doesn't save anything on its own

Before saving, you always read it over, and you press the button.

In the product

The chart, after the visit

A patient's chart: the allergy alert at the top, clinical sections on the left, visits and treatments in date order.

Dictation

How to use it, step by step

Step 1 of 5

Choose where to dictate

The button is in three places: “Dictate history” in the History tab, “Dictate session” in the treatment form, and in the clinical assessment when the practice uses it.

Dictation

Good to know

You need a microphone and a connection

Transcription happens on a service, not in the browser. Room noise matters more than the microphone.

In treatment, it fills in product, quantity, and lot

It also suggests off-label use with its justification. Laser parameters, dilution, lot expiry, and UDI are written by hand.

You choose the scale grades

Dictation does not assign a clinical grade for you.

Works in Italian

Recognition and extraction work on Italian, even with the interface in another language.

Questions

Does dictation write in the chart on its own?

No. It suggests, you review and save.

Do the areas I dictate end up on the face map?

They go into the session notes. To bring them onto the map, there is the “Auto-extract areas from text” button.

Is it included in the price?

Yes, in all plans.

In half an hour we show you Fibonacci on the procedures you perform.
